A Brazilian Jiu Jitsu all star, David Terrell has an amazing reputation as a grappler. He has competed in the International Fighting Championships in California, as well as having an undefeated record in Pancrase tournaments.

Terrell’s UFC debut came at UFC 49 in 2004 with a surprising KO victory over Matt Lindland that launched him immediately into title contention.

He lost his next fight for the vacant UFC Middleweight title to Evan tanner by first round TKO at UFC 51. He won his next match at UFC 59 by submission but has been plagued by injuries for the last two years, preventing him getting back in title contention.

He is currently scheduled to fight Ed Herman at UFC 78 in November,
