Guide To Parlays & Round Robins
A parlay is
a collection of two or more straight bets where each component must win in order for the wager to be graded as a win. You may combine both sides and totals. Any loss involving any component means the entire wager is a loss. If there is a Push, Cancellation, Tie, or if any of the events are graded as No Action, the parlay will reduce down to the next lowest number. For example, a 4-team parlay will reduce down to a 3-team parlay and the payout will also reduce accordingly. If this occurs in a 2-team parlay, the wager will reduce to a straight wager.
You may combine any of the 4 major North American sports using point spreads, money lines and/or Totals. You may neither buy points nor use circled games in parlays.
Parlay payouts for events with all standard odds are as follows:

This chart works for basketball and football, however, when baseball and/or hockey are included, the payouts will be slightly skewed as close to true odds must be used to calculate the payouts for those sports.
If you like to risk less to win more, then parlays are for you.
For example: Let's say you bet on the Jets. You risk $110 to win $100 (the juice on a straight bet is 10%). Then you place a separate bet on the Cowboys. Again, you risk $110 to win $100. That's $220 to win $200. If you had bet the same $200 in a 2-team parlay you would have the chance to win $520!
RULES: 1) If any component of a parlay is a loss, the entire parlay will be considered a loss. There are no partial wins. 2) If any component(s) of a parlay is a Push, Cancellation, Tie, or if any of the events are graded as No Action, the parlay and payout will reduce to the next lowest number. If a parlay is thusly reduced to zero plays, the entire wager amount will be returned to the client’s BetUS account. 3) Any event not occurring on the specified date will be graded as No Action and the parlay and payout will reduce accordingly. 4) Some combinations within a same game are not able to be parlayed.

At BetUS, we also offer our players something no one else in the gambling industry offers. The $5 million parlay! During football season (including both NCAA and NFL games) players correctly picking 22 sides or totals, betting only $25, will receive a check from BetUS for $5,000,000. Your chance to grab a slice of the good life is far better with this parlay than in winning your state lottery!! For those who do not wish to lay the $25 for the shot at the good life, we also let our clients lay down only $5 on the same 22-team parlay to win $1,000,000.
*** Round Robins
A Round Robin is a wager type consisting of all possible parlay combinations of a chosen number within a group of selected teams. They are a convenient way to place multiple parlays within a chosen set of teams by allowing you to select between 3-8 teams and then combine them in parlays of 2-7 teams.
For example: You check the NFL schedule to prepare for your Sunday worship and see that there are 8 morning games and you really like 5 of those games. You like them so much, in fact, that you want to bet on all of them. You know, however, that you tend to always have one or two games wrong in a 5-team parlay. Besides losing the parlay, the most annoying thing about this trend is that you never know which of your ‘locks’ are going to be the ones to fail you. This is where a Round Robin comes in very helpful.

Now that you have picked the 5 games you like, you can decide what kind of parlays you would like to place involving these teams. You can choose 2, 3 or 4-Team parlays. Whichever number you chose for your parlays to be, a Round Robin will make every possible combination that number within the set of 5 games you have picked.
Once you have clicked the Round Robin button and chosen the 5 teams, you will be asked to pick the number of events you would like in each parlay. The chart below shows what options BetUS makes available for you to choose from:

The number of bets is the maximum number of unique combinations of your chosen games into parlays with the number of events you have chosen. The wager amount of your Round Robin will be based upon the number of bets multiplied by a wager amount. For example, if you choose 8 games and 3 events per parlay, you will end up with 56 5-team parlays. There are 56 unique combinations of any 3 games within a set of any 8 games. If you set your wager amount at $5, this Round Robin will end up costing you 56 x 5 = $280.
For example: With 5 games, as you can see from the chart, you will be placing 10 parlay wagers by choosing either the 2 or 3-team option. You want to make sure, then, that you have at least 10 times whatever wager amount you are thinking of in your BetUS account before attempting to place the Round Robin wager as you will actually be placing 10 wagers at the amount you specify.
Let’s say you choose to go with 3-game parlays, you will end up with these 10 3-team parlays:
ABC, ABD, ABE, ACD, ACE, ADE, BCD, BCE, BDE & CDE.
You know that your Game A is a loss so any parlay with an ‘A’ in it is also a loss. That means 6 out of 10 combinations or 6 x $5 = $30 has been lost. However, that leaves 4 more 3-team parlays, all of which are winners and all of which pay out $30. So, you lost $30 on the losing parlays but you are now up 4 x $30 = $120. Once you subtract your losses from your winnings (120-30), you will find that you are up $90 total. Not bad at all for picking 4 games right out of 5.
You would also have hedged your losses if you had correctly chosen only 3 games out of 5. Getting any 2 games wrong would have left you with 9 failed parlays and 1 winner. In other words, it would have only cost you $15 to take all those parlays and thusly increase your chances of winning. For having 10 wagers and hitting only 60%, you would have covered most of your losses by choosing a Round Robin.
RULES: 1) Standard parlay rules are applicable. 2) A Round Robin will involve between 3 and 8 teams. 3) Parlays will be in 2-7 game combinations.
