Currently ranked as high as No.14 in the world, the Belarusian is favoured for good reason. No. 50 Iveta Benesova of the Czech Republic is predominantly a clay courter. She has enjoyed some encouraging results this season but most came on her favoured clay surface and in lesser tournaments.

Tennis Betting Verdict: The 19-year-old is in a good section of the draw and has a real shot at making it into the second week of the US Open. I expect she will dismiss Benesova easily.
