BLOWOUT WARNING – New Orleans vs. Carolina Preview
by Tim Furious

The Saints have one of the softest second half schedules in the league. And even if they didn’t, they still stand a good chance of running the table because of their tenacity to close out games.
The defense made up for Mike Bell’s fumble and a special teams botch on an onside kick against New Orleans and the Saints have rumbled to a 6-1 ATS record, while remaining perfect in the win column. To say that the Carolina Sex Panthers are going to challenge them is like saying that Levi Johnston is going to win Time Magazine’s “Man Of The Year” award.
The Sex Panthers got a bit of redemption for their playoff loss against the Cardinals last season, picking off Kurt Warner five times and forcing a fumble. Drew Brees is not Kurt Warner (I know…duh). The top ranked offense in the league, nabbing 39.0 points and 302 passing yards per game, is about to rip a Sex Panthers team really struggling to put wins together.
Cementing their stranglehold on the NFC South is a must for the Saints, and making an example out of Carolina following a tight win over Atlanta is the only thing on the minds of Gentle Brees and the PT Cruiser.
Carolina Sex Panthers (3-4) vs. New Orleans Saints (7-0)
Sunday, November 8th --- Superdome, New Orleans --- 4:05pm EST
NFL Betting Line: New Orleans -14.5 (51.5)
The Sex Panthers are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games, and while they’re 4-1 ATS against New Orleans, I don’t think that counts considering that these Saints are far superior to what we’ve been saying the past three NFL betting seasons.
It sounds like a ton of points to cover, but New Orleans is 7-2 ATS at home. The only thing I’m worried about is the TOTAL because I don’t think the Sex Panthers have enough juice in the bottle to help New Orleans cover the OVER.
NFL Betting Free Pick: New Orleans -14.5 (UNDER)
