NFL Week 12 Betting Rankings - AFC Power Poll
by Mike Rose

Eleven weeks of online football betting is in the books, and BetUS Sportsbook has everything you need to know about how the teams in the AFC stack in this week's set of NFL power rankings…
1: Indianapolis Colts (6-3-1 ATS, 10-0 SU) (LW: 5) Are the Colts on the verge of perfection? They sure look like they're primed to get knocked off after four victories by a combined ten points. One of those teams that gave them a run for their money in this stretch is coming up this week.
Up Next: Away @ Texans (-3) -125
2: Houston Texans (6-4 ATS, 5-5 SU) (LW: 1) If the Texans don't make the playoffs for the first time in franchise history this season, they can point to K Kris Brown's two missed field goals against the Titans. If he nails both kicks, Houston is sitting at 6-4 and in prime position for the playoffs. Now at 5-5 with the #1 team in the conference on deck, things are looking very grim.
Up Next: Home vs. Colts (+3) +105
3: Cincinnati Bengals (6-4 ATS, 7-3 SU) (LW: 2) If by chance the Bengals don't win the division, they're going to kick themselves for losing this game. After watching both Pittsburgh and Baltimore lose in the 1:00 games, Cincy had a chance to take a commanding two game lead over the Steelers and three games over the Ravens with the tiebreaker over both teams against lowly Oakland. It coughed away a 14-0 lead and ultimately lost 20-17, which is just another reminder that this is still a team that is probably a ways away from competing with the big boys in the AFC.
Up Next: Home vs. Browns (-14)
4: Denver Broncos (6-4 ATS, 6-4 SU) (LW: 3) If things were bad for the Broncos last week, they're simply awful now. Denver got crippled at home by San Diego 32-3, and it may not recover from this losing streak, which has now stretched to four games. HC Josh McDaniels will need to keep this team together if it hopes to make the playoffs, even if the AFC West ultimately ends up out of reach.
Up Next: Home vs. Giants (+7)
5: Baltimore Ravens (6-4 ATS, 5-5 SU) (LW: 4) The ’09 schedule has been absolutely brutal for the Ravens this year, but when push comes to shove, the fact that they’re a .500 team is highly disappointing. The slate isn't getting any easier these next two weeks against Pittsburgh and Green Bay.
Up Next: Home vs. Steelers (OTB)
6: New England Patriots (5-4-1 ATS, 7-3 SU) (LW: 6) Are the Pats very quietly the best team in the NFL? Even though they lost to the Colts two weeks ago, they feel like a team on a mission right now that might not lose another game. They've scored over 37 points per game in their L/5.
Up Next: Away @ Saints (+3) -120
7: San Diego Chargers (5-5 ATS, 7-3 SU) (LW: 8) The Chargers may be on cruise control to the playoffs from here. They pounded Denver 32-3 at Mile High on Sunday to avenge that MNF loss to the Broncos earlier in the season. Now that they have a one-game lead in the AFC West for the first time all season, they may never look back.
Up Next: Home vs. Chiefs (-13.5)
8: Miami Dolphins (5-5 ATS, 5-5 SU) (LW: 9) It was a game that the Fins absolutely had to have, and they came out and took it to Carolina in a 24-17 victory on Thursday night. The 'W' pulled Miami within a game of the Wild Card berths in the AFC, and still reasonably kept it within distance of New England in the AFC East.
Up Next: Away @ Bills (-3) -125
And the rest…
9: Tennessee Titans (5-5 ATS, 4-6 SU) (LW: 10)
10: Buffalo Bills (5-5 ATS, 3-7 SU) (LW: 11)
11: Kansas City Chiefs (5-5 ATS, 3-7 SU) (LW: 12)
12: Oakland Raiders (5-5 ATS, 3-7 SU) (LW: 13)
13: Jacksonville Jaguars (4-6 ATS, 6-4 SU) (LW: 7)
14: New York Jets (4-6 ATS, 4-6 SU) (LW: 14)
15: Cleveland Browns (4-6 ATS, 1-9 SU) (LW: 16)
16: Pittsburgh Steelers (3-7 ATS, 6-4 SU) (LW: 15)
