The 11th-ranked Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (7-1 SU, 5-2 ATS, 3-4 O/U) will be looking to extend their five-game winning streak and take another step toward winning the ACC Coastal Division when they visit the struggling Vanderbilt Commodores (2-6 SU, 3-4 ATS, 1-6 O/U) in a non-conference matchup at Vanderbilt Stadium on Saturday at 7:30 PM ET.

After picking up a hug conference win with their 34-9 win over Virginia last week, the Yellow Jackets now control their own destiny in ACC Coastal Division and need just two more wins to clinch the division title and earn the Bowl Championship Series berth that is awarded to the division winner.

"It's a good situation," head coach Paul Johnson told reporters this week.

The Yellow Jackets ran for a whopping 362 yards against the Cavaliers, to cover the college football point spread as 5.5-point road favorites while the game’s final score played Under the 48.5-point O/U total.

Jonathan Dwyer led the team with 125 yards on 25 carries, Anthony Allen and quarterback Josh Nesbit each added two rushing touchdowns in the rout.

Analysis: I’ll keep this pick short and sweet by simply saying that Vanderbilt is in trouble in this contest and I just don’t see them covering the college football point spread after failing to cash in for NCAAF bettors in each of their last three home games and taking on a streaking Georgia Tech team that has won and covered the spread in five consecutive games.

While the Commodores have gone a surprising 9-3 ATS versus a team with a winning record and 10-4 ATS in their last 14 games as an underdog, Vanderbilt has also gone a dismal 1-6 ATS in their last seven home games.

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets are the easy pick here after going a perfect 4-0 ATS in their last four games as a road favorite and a highly impressive 9-2 ATS in their last 11 road games.
