Two of the better teams in the Pac-10, maybe the best, square off on Saturday night in a game with huge implications. The Oregon Ducks have been terrific so far this season. They have a record of 4 and 1 which makes them one of the better teams in the Pac. Their record of 3 and 2 versus the BetUS online wagering spread isn’t that great, though. Oregon appears to be the same way they’ve been for years - - terrific on offense and so-so on defense. Their offense is actually more explosive with Mark Sanchez under center as opposed to John David Booty last year. Then, of course, I added that the LSU Tigers needn’t worry about the Trojans because the Trojans always find a way to “blow it”. Well, they blew it. What’s with this team?

Make that last trend 5 and 0 after this Saturday. The USC Trojans are just a superior team. Yes, they blew it against the mighty Oregon State Beavers but I don’t expect them to blow it against Oregon.

The Trojans may have been looking ahead when dropping that game to the Beavers last Thursday. They won’t be looking ahead this Saturday as the Oregon Ducks bring a highly potent offense into the Coliseum.

But these are the Men of Troy. They will bounce back and my feeling is that they will bounce back in a big way.

It’s a lot of points to lay in this game, but I’m gong to have to do it. The USC Trojans are 16 ½ point online betting favorites. I’ll be making an online bet that they cover that spread.
