College Football Betting - OVER Power Poll for Week 11
by Mike Rose

Now that the college football betting season is heading into its eleventh week of play, check out how BetUS stacks up the best ‘over’ teams against the college football point spreads in the country through ten weeks…
1: North Carolina State Wolfpack (8-1) (LW: 2) A four-game losing streak is over for the Wolfpack thanks to a 38-31 win over Maryland on Saturday. Still, allowing 31 points to the Terps' lousy offense is inexcusable. After holding its first three opponents to a combined 28 points, NC State has allowed at least 30 in six straight. No wonder why the L/8 have all gone past the number!
Up Next: Home vs. Clemson (58)
2: Florida State Seminoles (7-2) (LW: 3) DC Mickie Andrews announced formally that he was retiring at the end of the season, but Noles' backers may want to see him booted out the door now. FSU gave up 40 more points on Saturday night in Death Valley, prompting yet another 'over' contest. Wins against Wake Forest and Maryland are now absolute must-haves if Florida State is going to keep its streak of consecutive bowl appearances alive.
Up Next: Away @ Wake Forest (57)
3: North Texas Mean Green (7-2) (LW: 1) Someone finally figured out how to stop the Mean Green's offense. ULM kept North Texas out of the end zone for the entire game, and even though the Mean Green still conceded 33 points, it wasn't nearly enough to get the game anywhere near the number. Another big 'total' should be on the board this week against FIU.
Up Next: Away @ Florida International (64)
4: Rice Owls (7-2) (LW: 8) Overs, overs all around! The Owls posted their fourth straight 'over' contest last week with their 31-28 loss at SMU. In every game this season, Rice has allowed at least 27 points, with the opposition scoring at least 41 in six of the eight contests. The offense may be struggling, as it is still only averaging 16.3 points per game, but the 'over' train keeps on rolling.
Up Next: Home vs. Tulane (55.5)
5: Toledo Rockets (6-3) (LW: 6) The Rockets were off last week in their preparation for a huge Wednesday nighter on the road against the Chippewas. It's going to be hard to figure out how Toledo is going to stop QB Dan LeFevour from putting up some huge numbers, as its defense ranks 104th in total yards and 115th in points allowed.
Up Next: Away @ Central Michigan (60)
6: Indiana Hoosiers (6-2-1) (LW: 10) The Hoosiers continue to do enough offensively to win games, but it's the defense that just continues to let them down. For the fourth straight week, Indiana scored at least 27 points, but for the third straight, it allowed at least 29. That's a recipe for a ton of 'over' contests, and the Hoosiers certainly haven't disappointed. Expect to see another relatively low number against the Nittany Lions this weekend.
Up Next: Away @ Penn State (51)
7: South Florida Bulls (5-2) (LW: 7) Offensively, the Bulls are going to have to figure out how to get QB BJ Daniels going to beat the Scarlet Knights. They're probably going to need at least one more win to guarantee themselves a bowl berth, and without Daniels stepping up big time this week, it probably won't come in Piscataway.
Up Next: Away @ Rutgers (45.5)
8: Auburn Tigers (7-3) (LW: 11) Now this is the Auburn offense we remember! The Tigers dropped a whopping 63 points on Furman on Saturday night, but the defense struggled once again, allowing 31. There's never an excuse to give up that many points to an FCS opponent. Imagine how many Georgia could stick on these guys this week!
Up Next: Home vs. Georgia (58)
And the rest…
9: Western Kentucky Hilltoppers (6-3) (LW: 5)
10: Florida International Golden Panthers (6-3) (LW: 12)
11: Texas A&M Aggies (6-3) (LW: 14)
12: Connecticut Huskies (6-3) (LW: 15)
13: Minnesota Golden Gophers (7-3) (LW: NR)
14: UAB Blazers (6-3) (LW: NR)
15: BYU Cougars (6-3) (LW: NR)
