College Football Betting Rankings - ACC Power Poll
by Mike Rose

After 11 weeks of the football gambling season, it’s become more and more clear who the haves and the have-nots are in the ACC. Check out how BetUS stacks up the teams for football handicappers…
1: Clemson Tigers (8-2 ATS, 7-3 SU) (LW: 1) The Tigers moved to within one step of the ACC Championship game on Saturday when they clobbered the Wolfpack 43-23. RB CJ Spiller found three different routes to the end zone in Raleigh, one on the ground, one receiving, and one passing, and is now considered a prime Heisman Trophy candidate as well.
Up Next: Home vs. Virginia (-20.5)
2: Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (7-3 ATS, 10-1 SU) (LW: 3) For one quarter, it looked like the Yellow Jackets were going to struggle mightily against the Dookies. Then the final three quarters were played... The Jackets clinched their spot in the ACC Championship by crushing the Blue Devils 49-19. With some carnage in the Top-5, it's not totally out of the question that HC Paul Johnson's club could be playing for a National Championship if it wins out, but it's going to take a lot to happen for it to get to that point.
Up Next: Bye
3: Boston College Eagles (6-3 ATS, 7-3 SU) (LW: 2) It sure wasn't pretty, but the Eagles found a way to escape Charlottesville victorious on Saturday afternoon. The 14-10 triumph wasn't good enough for a cover, but it was good enough to keep BC in the race for the ACC Atlantic Division crown. A victory at home against UNC is an absolute must next week.
Up Next: Home vs. North Carolina (-3.5)
4: Miami Hurricanes (6-4 ATS, 7-3 SU) (LW: 4) Perhaps the news of Georgia Tech beating Duke and locking up the ACC Coastal Division ruined the Canes on the field in Chapel Hill on Saturday. Miami laid a complete dud, which included QB Jacory Harris' four interceptions in its 33-24 outright defeat as road chalks. The loss will cripple their bowl bid, but at least the Canes know they’re going bowling regardless.
Up Next: Home vs. Duke (-20)
5: North Carolina Tar Heels (5-4 ATS, 7-3 SU) (LW: 6) Thanks to DB Kendric Burnley's three interceptions, the Tar Heels pulled a minor upset of Miami on Saturday afternoon. The offense was by no means fantastic, but the 33-24 victory was more than enough to beat the spread and should assure North Carolina fans of heading to a respectable bowl game at the end of December.
Up Next: Away @ Boston College (+3.5)
6: Duke Blue Devils (4-3-1 ATS, 5-5 SU) (LW: 5) Duke had a lot of problems hit it on Saturday afternoon. Not only did the Blue Devils lose out on a chance to win the ACC when they were crushed by G-Tech, but they're still a win short of bowl eligibility with just two games to play. Not only that, but victories by North Carolina and Florida State really may have put a premium on bowl spots for the conference. If the Noles knock of Maryland next week, the ACC may not have enough bowl slots open to take the Dookies even if they do get critical win #6.
Up Next: Away @ Miami (+20)
And the rest…
7: Virginia Cavaliers (5-4 ATS, 3-7 SU) (LW: 7)
8: Virginia Tech Hokies (5-5 ATS, 7-3 SU) (LW: 10)
9: Wake Forest Demon Deacons (5-6 ATS, 4-7 SU) (LW: 8)
10: North Carolina State Wolfpack (4-5-1 ATS, 4-6 SU) (LW: 9)
11: Florida State Seminoles (3-7 ATS, 5-5 SU) (LW: 12)
12: Maryland Terrapins (2-7-1 ATS, 2-8 SU) (LW: 11)
