Bradford Seizing Heisman Race By The Balls
by Tim Furious

The Sam Bradford train continues to chug along, towing the Oklahoma Sooners to the top-ranked spot in the AP rankings. The Sooners are now 4-0 SU and 3-0 ATS. Will the bubble burst? Not if Bradford continues to dominate through the air. Some other quarterbacks are emerging in to the fold, while only two playmakers are staying in range. Here’s a look at the race.
Chase Daniel (QB) – Missouri Tigers
Daniel is the favorite in our futures to win the Heisman at +275 because of his combination of size and strength. At 6-foot-0 and 225 pounds, he’s not the ideal size of a quarterback, but he is willing Missouri to wins. He has 1,412 yards and 12 touchdowns with only one interception. For my money, I’d prefer to see him dropping the hammer a la Tim Tebow and driving some rushing scores in to secure his numbers.
Next Game: Missouri -10 vs. Nebraska
Colt McCoy (QB) – Texas Longhorns
Welcome back, Colt! With the Longhorns taking advantage of the big dogs tumbling down the rankings, Colt McCoy has staged a terrific season that is getting the notice of the voters. His huge seven touchdown game against Arkansas has put him definitively on the map. If we know anything about Colt McCoy, it’s that he can be horrifically inconsistent. But those looking for a flier in the futures will love Colt’s +1200 odds in our BetUS Sportsbook.
Next Game: Texas -13.5 vs. Colorado
Sam Bradford (QB) – Oklahoma Sooners
I’m actually getting kind of tired of tooting Sam’s horn. But I will say that he is the man to beat – not Daniel – so a play on his +350 NCAAF odds is certainly worth your time in our sportsbook.
Next Game: Oklahoma -27 vs. Baylor
Javon Ringer (RB) – Michigan State
The senior tailback bulldozed his way to a 198 yard game, with one score to bring his total on the season up to 12 touchdowns. He’s now the top running-back candidate in the country now that Knowshon Moreno and the Bulldogs suffered an embarrassing loss. His totals on the year are astounding, though it’s a huge longshot for Ringer to get some serious attention. Stay tuned to Ringer as he continues to pile up yards in a weak division.
Next Game: Iowa vs. Michigan State -8
