Player to Watch: Stephen Curry – Davidson

Curry averaged 25.9 points per game last season while shooting a scorching 48.3 percent from the field. The bigger the game – the better Curry played. In the NCAA Tournament, Curry scored 40 points against Gonzaga, 30 against an excellent Georgetown defense, 33 against Wisconsin and finally, 25 points in his final game against eventual NCAA Champion, Kansas.

Analysis: Everyone knows that the North Carolina Tar Heels are absolutely loaded heading into the 2008-09 season, but they are not guaranteed to win anything as each NCAA college basketball season –and succeeding NCAA Championship Tournament – brings its usual share of surprises.

Remember NCAA college basketball bettors, keep an open mind when placing your NCAAB Futures wager in the BetUS Sportsbook.

I fully believe that, by season’s end, there will be four to six teams that each have legitimate chances to win the NCAA championship, but in the end, Carolina will just be too talented, led by the most ferocious low post player in the nation – Tyler Hansbrough.

Final Four Sleeper: Davidson

Final Four: North Carolina, Louisville, UConn, Notre Dame

Final Two: North Carolina, Louisville

NCAA Champion: North Carolina
