The Magic made a great statement at Boston yesterday and they seem to be coming strong to be the second best team in the East. The Hornets on the other side will look forget about Chris Paul 4 week absence recovering from knee injury.

Dallas just beat the Warriors 110-101 last Wednesday despite a career high 46 points by Monta Ellis. The Warriors haven’t won since January 22nd and if you’re thinking tonight might be the night to break that horrible streak, well think again.

LA Lakers 39-13 (Home: 24-4) TV: TNT

Kobe is day to day with a knee injury and even if he plays I don’t think he will be his explosive self. Even though the Lakers are looking for a victory against the Spurs after they lost in their last game without Kobe Bryan at 100% they won’t be able to do it.
