NBA Action Kings vs Bulls

The Sacramento Kings travel to Chicago to take on the Bulls in what should be an exciting contest. Why? Sports betting fans are all aware that the worse the team, the better the match-up. Two awful teams like the Kings and Bulls can’t help but play each other in a tight game. For basketball betting fans, it doesn’t get any worse than the Sacramento Kings. The top scorer on their team is Kevin Martin at 23.8 points a game. If NBA betting fans don’t recognize his name, there’s a reason for that! Against the BetUS online wagering spread, the Kings have gone 16 and 19 this season. That’s not the worst in the NBA but it’s not that great either. But on the road they are 10 and 8 against the spread. At least that’s something positive.

The Chicago Bulls are just a bad team. They do have a very good rookie in Derrick Rose but some of their players that just two years ago were developing into yearly all-stars, Luol Deng and Ben Gordon, haven’t continued to develop. Gordon is averaging less than 21 points a game. Deng has been hurt since late December. Against the BetUS online wagering spread, the Bulls are a tepid 15 and 19. Their record against the spread at home is 8 and 7.

Here are the BetUS online sportsbook betting odds for this game.

Sacramento Kings + 8 ½ - 110 O 209 ½ - 110

Chicago Bulls - 8 ½ - 110 U 209 ½ - 110

Here are a few online wagering trends that might help us find a good online bet in this game.

The Sacramento Kings are 2 and 5 against the spread in their last 7 games overall.

The Sacramento Kings are 2 and 10 against the spread in their last 12 games versus an Eastern Conference opponent.

The Chicago Bulls are 6 and 0 against the spread in their last 6 games versus a Pacific Division opponent.

The Chicago Bulls are 1 and 5 against the spread in their last 6 games overall.

The Kings should have no shot against the Bulls according to the BetUS online betting spread but neither team has a great straight-up record.

The Kings are only 8 and 27 on the season straight-up. The Bulls are only 14 and 20 straight-up. For all of Derrick Roses’ acumen at scoring, he’s not a fantastic defender, at least not yet, and that could be the difference.

It’s never a good idea as a basketball betting fan to lay more than 6 points on a team that has only 14 wins out of 34 games to their credit. It doesn’t matter who they are playing. Obviously, the Bulls don’t like to win. They have the talent but just don’t like to win.

The Bulls just lost to Minnesota by 10 points in their last game. Are they going to suddenly turn things around?

Sure they could, but 8 ½ is a lot of points to lay on the Chicago Bulls. I can’t do it.

The online bet that I will be making is on the Sacramento Kings to beat the BetUS online wagering spread of 8 ½ points.
