This is the Nuggets game to lose. Eventually, that incredible against the BetUS spread streak that the Grizzlies have been on - - 5 straight it nothing to laugh at - - is going to end. My money will be on it ending tonight.
Denver is just too good for the Grizzlies. The Nuggets have slowly started to turn up the heat late in the NBA season. Even if the rest of the Western Conference sees the Nuggets as a B team, Denver doesn’t. They are playing with a lot of confidence and the duo of Marcus Camby and Allen Iverson means that they continue playing with that sort of confidence tonight.
The Grizzlies have shown heart lately, but it won’t be enough versus a hot against the spread team led by a veteran playmaker who just wants to win.
I like the Nuggets in this game.
