Okay BetUS MLB online sports wagering community, I’ll admit that the San Francisco Giants, (34-44, 39-39 RL) – and more specifically, starting left-hander Barry Zito made my pick in the BetUS Locker Room yesterday turn out to be fruitless by actually winning with Zito on the mound.

Now, the Giants are looking to complete a three-game sweep of the struggling Cleveland Indians, (35-43, 34-44 RL) tonight, while going up against Cleveland’s outstanding left-hander Cliff Lee, (10-1, 2.45 ERA) who will be looking to move into a tie for the most wins in the majors with another victory.

Lee has been phenomenal recently, not allowing more than two earned in each of his last three starts and winning four straight starts.

Lee will find winning tough if his teammates can score runs, which has been the case for the last place Indians lately as the Indians have scored a total of three runs in the first two games of this series.

"If (opposing pitchers are) having success, they're not going to change anything until we force them to," Indians manager Eric Wedge told the team's official Web site.

The Giants will counter with right-hander Matt Cain (4-5, 4.31 ERA), who has gone 2-1 with a 2.95 ERA over his last three starts.

Cain allowed three earned runs on five hits in his last start, helping the Giants to a 9-4 win over the lowly Kansas City Royals on Friday night, though he has posted a dismal 3-6 mark in 10 interleague starts and will be making his first career start against the Indians. Giants closer Brian Wilson picked up his NL-leading 21st save in 23 opportunities, including 12 in a row.
