However, a stunning long-range goal through Mantorras allowed Benfica to pull back, giving them a fighting chance in the second leg. Benefica Lisbon arrives in Coliseum Alfonso Perez with many questions hanging over them, namely whether their recent losing streak and the resignation of their coach will affect their UEFA Cup campaign. Mantorras goal gives them a gives them hope, but will that be enough to motivate what would appear to be a demoralized side?
