Standing in his path to a semi-final berth is No.29 Jarkko Nieminen. A comfort for Robredo is he has had the better of the Finnish player for the most of their career meetings with a 4-1 edge. This is their first meeting in 2008. Robredo is a great clay court player, something Nieminen is not. On this surface, Robredo has the edge.
