Technorati Blog Betting - Top Blogs of 2007

We’re getting close to the end of the year and that calls for another installment of BetUS Sportsbook’s top blogs of the year: 2007 Edition.
Here’s something to blog about - the top blogs are here and it’s for the blogosphere, and ultimately you, to decide who will take the crown this year.
The top rated blogs ranked by Technorati.com are in the running this year with some familiar faces from last year’s top blog props. The BetUS odds look at the top 10 blogs in Technorati’s top 100 list.
The top blog by New Year’s Eve 2007 gets its bragging rights and you could have the same plus a wad of extra cash.
Here are this year’s Blogs and their odds to win:
For the average blogger that hasn't brushed up on their odds reading recently (or hasn't raced off to Wikipedia to get the low-down on online betting), here's how it works (and remember, all odds are based on $100 bets, but you don’t NEED to bet that much):
Let's say you fancy that Huffingtonpost.com is going to be the top blog. If you're right, your $100 bet pays you back $1000 (+1000 odds) for a cool $900 profit. Betting on the favored Engadget.com (-200 odds) will cost you a $200 wager to win $100 ($300 total return).
Will it be the current favorite Engadget.com? Perhaps Boingboing will catch up to snag the lead. We shall find out in less than two months.
Aside from some friendly competition, some savvy betting investors actually cashed in last year on this out of the ordinary propositional bet.
Action on all bets ends on December 31, 2007. Whichever blog is ranked the highest by Technorati will be the winner.
