NCAA College Hoops Basketball Betting Lock Pick Utah State at UTEP

The Utah Utes, (17-14 SU, 13-14-1 ATS, 13-14-1 O/U), have won just four of their last ten games but were knocked out of their Mountain West Conference Tournament by the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels, losing 61-55 last Friday after recording a thrilling 82-80 overtime win over New Mexico just one day earlier.
The Texas-El Paso Miners, (19-13 SU, 13-14-1 ATS, 18-10 O/U), have won five of their last ten games but had their three-game winning streak snapped by Tulsa, losing 64-62 in overtime in their Conference USA semifinal matchup.
Utah is averaging 64.2 points per game on 45.9 percent shooting while allowing 65.4 points per game on 42.9 percent shooting.
UTEP is averaging a whopping 79.1 points per game on 44.8 percent shooting while limiting their opponents to just 67.8 points per game on 41.3 percent shooting.
The Utes are just 3-6-1 against the spread in their last ten games while the Miners have gone 5-5 against the spread over the same span.
