The young Seton Hall Pirates, (10-4 SU, 3-6-1 ATS, 6-4 O/U) have alternated wins and losses in each of their last nine games but come into their Big East showdown against No. 15 Marquette, (11-2 SU, 5-3 ATS, 4-4 O/U) off a solid 89-81 victory over Morgan State on Saturday.

Marquette, on the other hand, had their seven-game winning streak emphatically snapped in their Big East opener against West Virginia, losing 79-64 on Sunday.

The Golden Eagles shot a season-worst 41.5 percent against West Virginia while finishing with their lowest point total of the season.

The Pirates may be a young team, but they are active – and hungry. Seton Hall leads the Big East in offensive rebounding, pulling down a whopping 16 offensive boards per game.

The Pirates are led in scoring by senior forward Brian Laing, (19.6 ppg) while the Golden Eagles have four players averaging double figures in scoring, led by junior guard Dominic James, (14.9 ppg).
