NCAA Basketball Wagering – No. 14 Vanderbilt at No. 7 Tennessee

Tonight’s college basketball betting matchup between the Vanderbilt Commodores and Tennessee Volunteers promises to be an exciting affair that offers BetUS.com college basketball bettors as much value as any game on the schedule tonight.
Vanderbilt, (16-1 SU, 8-8 ATS, 11-5 O/U) has won nine of its last 10 games and was off to the best undefeated start in school history before dropping their last game, 79-73 in double-overtime on Saturday at Kentucky.
The Tennessee Volunteers, (14-1 SU, 6-5 ATS, 5-6 O/U) are also 9-1 in their last 10 games, but have won nine straight coming into this matchup, including an emphatic 80-56 blowout of
South Carolina on Saturday.
Tennessee has won 24 consecutive games at home since the beginning of the 2006-07 season and has one of the best guards in the country on their roster in All-American Chris Lofton, (13.5 ppg) while the Commodores have two of the best players in the country in senior forward Shan Foster, (20.4 ppg) and freshman center Andrew Ogilvy, (19.4 ppg).

Analysis: To make this selection as simple as possible, I’ll just say that I am amazed that the Commodores are getting 10.5-points in this game. These two teams are nearly as evenly matched as two teams could be and despite the Vols being at home where they’ve won 24 straight games, I’m taking Vanderbilt to cover this spread easily and possibly end Tennessee’s home winning streak.
