NCAA Basketball Betting - ARKANSAS at OLE MISS

BetUS NCAA basketball betting odds: OLE MISS -2, Total 148

Two teams with identical records will hook up Tuesday night in SEC action, as the Arkansas Razorbacks (19-9 SU, 10-14 ATS) visit Oxford to play against the Mississippi Rebels (19-9 SU, 9-14 ATS) in a game that is set to begin at 9 PM ET at the Tad Smith Coliseum.

In the BetUS NCAAB betting odds, Ole Miss is listed as a two-point favorite, with a total of 148 points.

Here are some of the NCAAB betting trends as they relate to this matchup:

* ARK has covered one of its last six games

* ARK has won 17 of its last 25 games SU

* ARK has lost four of its last six games SU

* ARK has covered one of its last seven road games

* ARK has lost five of its last six games SU

* ARK has played 10 of its last 14 road games OVER the total

* MISS has lost four of its last six games SU

* MISS has covered two of its last six games

* MISS has played four of its last six games UNDER the total

* MISS has won 23 of its last 25 home games SU

* MISS has covered 10 of the last 15 meetings

* MISS has won 15 of the last 23 meetings SU

* ARK has won five of the last seven meetings SU

* Four of the last six meetings have gone OVER the total

* MISS has won 10 of the last 11 meetings as the home team

* MISS has covered the last five meetings as the home team

Ole Miss sure is desperate for a win here, but does a three-point victory over under-achieving Alabama stamp the "buy" sign on them here? Maybe not. But we can say this much - Ole Miss feels much more comfortable at home than they do on the road, where they registered 27% and 31% outputs from the floor in horrible losses at Baton Rouge and Lexington. Meanwhile, the Razorbacks are hardly road-warriors, with one cover in their last seven road games.

To compound that, Ole Miss is a very high-octane team on its own home floor (84 ppg, 15th in the country) and may have the most prolific scorer on the floor in freshman Chris Warren, who had 28 points in the first meeting between these two, a six-point Arkansas win on February 9.

So revenge could work in this one, and aid the Rebels as they put their best foot forward for that coveted NCAA berth. We'll lay the points with Ole Miss, the two-point favorite in the BetUS NCAA basketball betting odds.
