NBA Betting Action Hawks Host Sixers
The Philadelphia 76ers, (38-37 SU, 41-31-3 ATS, 35-39-1 O/U), have won seven of their last ten games and have been one of the hottest teams in the entire league since the start of the New Year.
The Atlanta Hawks, (35-40 SU, 35-39-1 ATS, 38-37 O/U), have been absolutely incendiary lately, winning five consecutive games and eight of its last ten to practically secure their first playoff berth in nine years.
"When we do get to the playoffs, we want to be playing the type of basketball we've been playing for a long time," Sixers head coach Maurice Cheeks said.
Both teams have undoubtedly been two of the biggest and most pleasant surprises in the entire NBA this season – and as both clubs steamroll toward their first playoff berths in years, they are firmly concentrating on playing their best basketball of the season right now as they are heading into the postseason, rather than trying to kick it up a notch
The Sixers will make their first postseason appearance in four years with a win over the Hawks or if both, the New Jersey Nets and Indiana Pacers lose on Friday.
