NBA Basketball Free Picks - Nuggets Hope To Strike Gold Against ‘Unbeara-Bulls’

The Chicago Bulls, (21-32 SU, 22-31 ATS, 26-26-1 O/U) have been one of the worst teams in the league all season despite being picked by many this preseason to be one of the best teams in the eastern conference – and showed exactly why in their last outing, a 110-102 loss to the Jason Kidd-less New Jersey Nets, allowing their eastern conference counterparts to score a whopping 23 points in the extra five-minute period.
The Denver Nuggets, (33-20 SU, 28-25 ATS, 28-25 O/U), have been trying to find some real consistency but looked fantastic in beating the Boston Celtics 124-118 on Tuesday in their last game.
Now, after trading veteran center Ben Wallace and veteran forward Joe Smith, the new-look Bulls, who acquired power forward Drew Gooden, shooting guard Larry Hughes and role players Cedric Simmons and Shannon Brown, Chicago seems to have written off their entire season already.
The Nuggets, on the other hand, are locked in a three-way battle for the final two playoff spots in the powerful western conference and according to superstar guard Allen Iverson, need to start putting away mediocre teams like the Bulls with more ease.
"Winning this game puts a lot of pressure on us, because if you can beat a team like this, then you can beat all the other teams," Iverson said. "We have enough talent to scare some people, but we just have to bring it night in and night out."
