Basketball Betting – Portland Trailblazers at Milwaukee Bucks

The Portland Trail Blazers, (31-30 SU, 31-30 ATS, 24-36-1 O/U), have watched their playoff hopes nearly go down the drain while struggling immensely the last two weeks after a surprising first half of the regular season.
While the Blazers have won just three times in their last ten games and lost to the Phoenix Suns 97-92 at home on Tuesday, the Milwaukee Bucks, (23-38 SU, 28-32 ATS, 33-27 O/U), have underachieved all season long despite having a talented roster featuring several high draft choices.
The Bucks have gone 4-6 in their last ten games and beat the Seattle Supersonics 118-106 on Wednesday.
The Blazers have also struggled against the spread recently, going 4-6 ATS in their last ten games and picking up an ATS loss against the Suns that snapped a four-game ATS winning streak.
Despite their on-court mediocrity, Milwaukee has managed to go 6-4 against the spread in its last ten games and 2-1 ATS in its last three.
Here is a look at tonight’s key trends, followed by my analysis and NBA Wagering Free Picks:
The Trail Blazers are 4-1 ATS in their last five games overall.
The Trail Blazers are 7-3 ATS in their last ten games vs. a team with a winning percentage below .400.
The Bucks are 4-0 ATS in their last four vs. Western Conference.
The Bucks are 5-1 ATS in their last six after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game.
The Under is 6-0 in Trail Blazers last six games vs. a team with a winning percentage below .400.
The Over is 7-1 in Bucks last eight after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game.
The Over is 8-1 in the last nine meetings.
The Trail Blazers are 5-2 ATS in the last seven meetings in Milwaukee.
Analysis: I’ll come right and tell my beloved NBA bettors that the best pick in this matchup is to take the ‘Over’. I also like the Blazers to cover the spread on the road, though I’ll admit that certainly isn’t etched in stone.
