NBA Basketball Betting Picks - Los Angeles Lakers vs. Golden State

This is the second game in a row between the Lakes and Warriors. In the first game, just yesterday, the Lakers lost straight-up by four points. That was a home game for the Lakers. This is an away game. It’s always tough to beat a team two nights in a row, but for the Warriors it will probably be extremely tough as the Lakers have more pride than almost any other team in the NBA Betting. The Lakers have gone 5 and 5 against the BetUS spread in their last 10 games. That’s not great but considering that their two best big men are on the shelf due to injuries, Pau Gasol and Andrew Bynum, 5 and 5 isn’t all that bad either.

The BetUS over/under is 232.5 in this game. That equates to each team scoring roughly 116 points to go over. It can definitely happen, but more than likely the game should go under. I see both teams making the over/under a difficult wager as they should each score roughly 110 to 114 points. That makes the over/under in this game a hard call.

But there is a wager in this game and it’s a pretty obvious one to me. The Lakers just lost to this team yesterday. They will be out for revenge tonight. The Lakers are fighting for the top seed in the Western Conference playoffs. They won’t let the Warriors stand in their way two games in a row. Yesterday’s win was huge for the Warriors. They should have a let down tonight. I see some sloppy play out of the Warriors. The Lakers will be there to clean things up.

L.A. should easily cover the 2 points spread.
