NBA Basketball Betting Action – Charlotte at New Jersey

While the Charlotte Bobcats, (31-49 SU, 34-44-2 ATS, 41-38-1 O/U) and New Jersey Nets, (33-47 SU, 32-46-2 ATS, 38-40-2 O/U), won’t be participating in the postseason this year, both teams enter tonight’s matchup looking to end their respective regular seasons on a positive note. Online basketball betting is at its best when two struggling teams trying to turn the corner face each other in a battle of pride.
The Bobcats have alternated wins and losses in the BetUS Sportsbook in each of their last six games but come into tonight’s contest coming off a solid 107-103 win over the Indiana Pacers on Saturday that helped to end the Pacers’ slim playoff hopes.
The Nets have won just four of their last ten games, but also come into this contest off a victory, a 111-98 win over the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday.
The Bobcats have gone 4-5-1 against the spread in their last ten contests while the Nets have managed to go 5-5 against the spread despite their straight up difficulties.

The Under is 4-1 in Bobcats last five games following a ATS win.
The Over is 4-0 in Nets last four home games vs. a team with a road winning percentage of less than .400.
The Over is 6-1-1 in the last eight meetings.
The Underdog is 7-3-2 ATS in the last 12 meetings.
Analysis: The Nets are a complete mess at this point and are looking forward to their summer vacation in the worst way while many of Charlotte’s younger players are still playing their competitive hearts out. Take the Bobcats to cover the spread and likely win outright.
