Motorsports Betting - Indianapolis 500

The stage is set for the 91st Indianapolis 500 and Helio Castroneves will lead the field to the green flag with Tony Kanaan along side on Sunday. It's Castroneves' second pole this season.

Defending champion Scott Dixon will start 4th. Point's leader Dan Wheldon will roll off 6th and the beautiful Danica Patrick will begin 9th. Patrick is one-of-three ladies to make the event, as they attempt to write history by becoming the first woman to ever win the Indianapolis 500.

This could be one of the most competitive Indy 500 races ever. The strength and talent of the drivers in the first five rows makes it difficult to name a clear cut favorite, making this a great bettor's race.

The strength and talent of the drivers will make for a lot of passing and excitement. Historically the winner of the Indy 500 comes from the first three rows of starters. This year, though, the winner could come from as far back as the fifth row, which includes Patrick.

The stunning brunette has been strong all season and will be in the best car she's ever piloted in the Indy 500, giving her a very legitimate shot at winning this monumental race.

To say this race is spectacular would be a huge understatement. It's one of the biggest and most popular races in all of motorsports. The Indianapolis 500 is rich in tradition and history, and this year's event will add to its unprecedented nature. Be sure to check out all the great odds on each driver to win the race, driver vs. driver matchups and much more.
