Mixed Martial Arts Betting - UFC 71

Saturday, Quinton ''Rampage'' Jackson (26-6-0) enters the Octagon to battle light heavyweight champion Chuck ''The Iceman'' Liddell (20-3-0) in UFC 71, which is arguably the best betting card of the year.

This is a rematch of huge proportions with a title on the line. The two fought in 2003 when Jackson stood toe-to-toe and traded bombs with Liddell until he took down the UFC champ and punished him on the ground.

This was only the third loss on Liddell's career resume. Since the defeat, Liddell has put together an impressive seven-fight win streak, capturing the light heavyweight title and defending it four times successfully, while being able to redeem two of his three losses, against Randy Couture and Jeremy Horn.

The last three UFC events have sent puppy players to the bank with victories, and Jackson would love to repeat at +165, making him an extremely lively underdog. He's a strong fighter and loves slamming his opponents to the ground before beating them senseless.

Liddell will be looking to profit for his investors with powerful punches as the favorite at -210. This is just one magnificent fight on the card stuffed with UFC betting action.

Also entering the cage will be "The Dean of Mean" Keith Jardine (12-3-1) to rumble with Houston "The Assassin" Alexander (6-1-0). Jardine is coming off an impressive win over Forrest Griffin. He's a well-rounded fighter who possesses a large variety of MMA skills.

Punching power, athleticism and overall strength will be the tools utilized by Alexander in efforts of scoring the win. This will be a great fight as both fighters are looking to climb the ladder of the light heavyweight ranks searching for a title bout.

Terry Martin has lost two of his last three bouts, but his 17-2-0 record is impressive. He takes on Ivan Salaverry (12-4-1) in a welterweight dandy. Both fighters are well-rounded and rely on big shots which makes for stellar action.

Josh "The People's Warrior" Burkman (19-3-0) will also enter the cage against Karo "The Heat" Parisyan (24-4-0). Burkman will attempt to take the fight to the ground and display his strong wrestling skills, while Parisyan will welcome Burkman's style because he's an excellent grappler.

As well, Chris "The Crippler" Leben (16-3-0) will take on Kalib Starnes (9-2-1). Both fighters are coming off a loss and are hungry to atone their last fight. Leben counts on landing bombs and Starnes excels in finishing skills.

It's a great night of UFC action and one bettors do not want to miss. Are you ready? Let's get it on!
