MLB Baseball Subway Series Betting - Mets vs. Yankees

The New York Mets meet the New York Yankees on Friday night and look who’s taking the mound? Why, it’s none other then Johan Santana the man that the Yankees desperately were trying to sign in the off-season. Santana is, without question, the Mets’ number one guy. He’s been okay this year, not as dominant as some thought he would be but good enough for a 4 and 2 record and a 3.10 ERA. Not only that, but historically Santana has done very well against the Yankees. That should be music to the ears of BetUS online sportsbook MLB betting fans.

The trends don’t really help us much as this Yankees team is very different then the one that lost only 5 out of their last 28 interleague games but Johan Santana, who dominated the Yankees when he pitched for the Twins, actually might find the going somewhat more difficult against the Yanks this time around. Santana doesn’t appear to have his best stuff just yet. That could hurt the Mets.
Darrell Rasner has been almost perfect in his two starts this year. This guy is a very good pitcher and I’d love to put up the extra 45 dollars on a sports betting wager to get Rasner and 1 ½ runs, but I just can’t get myself to do it.
