NCAA Basketball Betting – Providence at Notre Dame

The Providence Friars, (12-7 SU, 8-9 ATS, 7-10 O/U) have struggled all season long in compiling their mediocre 12-7 straight up record this season and have lost two consecutive games coming into this matchup, including a resounding 71-64 road loss at Syracuse.

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish, (14-4 SU, 8-7 ATS, 8-7 O/U) are 8-2 in their last 10 games but have gone just 2-2 In their last four contests though they emphatically beat the Villanova Wildcats 90-80 on Saturday.

After consecutive road outings, the Fighting Irish return home to the Joyce Center looking for their 32 consecutive home victory, a streak that includes wins over 12 consecutive Big East opponents. The Irish finished with a perfect 8-0 record at home during the 2006-07 campaign during league play.

The Friars are averaging 76.1 points per game on 45.0 percent shooting while allowing 71.3 points per game on 44.2 percent shooting.

Notre Dame is averaging 79.2 points per game on 45.4 percent shooting from the field while allowing 65.9 points per game on 39.7 percent shooting.
