NCAA Basketball Betting – ‘Philly Style’ Doubleheader

Being born and raised in the city of Philadelphia, I just couldn’t forget about two Philly-area schools that are playing tonight and are offering NCAAB bettors some very solid value in their respective contests.
First up, let’s take a look at No. 20 Xavier at Temple, followed by DePaul at No. 21 Villanova.
No. 20 Xavier at Temple
The Xavier Musketeers, (14-3 SU, 7-6 ATS, 7-6 O/U) are riding a six-game winning streak heading into this contest and have covered the spread in three of those games, though they have failed to cover in their last two contests.
The Temple Owls, (6-8 SU, 7-7 ATS, 4-10 O/U) have lost three straight games coming into this matchup but have covered the spread in their last two games.
Six players are averaging in double figures for the Musketeers, led by reserve B.J. Raymond at 12.7 while the Owls are led by one of the nation’s best scorers in Dionte Christmas, (20.5 ppg)

The Villanova Wildcats, (11-3 SU, 4-7 ATS, 5-6 O/U) have dropped two of their last three games after ripping off six consecutive wins from Dec. 1 -29.
More importantly for bettors, the Wildcats have failed to cover the spread in a whopping, five straight games.
The Blue Demons have four players averaging double figures in scoring, led by Draelon Burns, (17.1 ppg) while the Wildcats are led by sophomore guard Scottie Reynolds, (16.7 ppg)
