College Basketball – ACC Quarterfinal Pick - Georgia Tech vs. Duke

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, (15-16 SU, 15-14 ATS, 19-10 O/U), have won just four f their last ten games but have picked an excellent time to get hot as they have won four of their last five and three straight coming into this contest, including an resounding 94-76 A-10 tourney win over the Virginia Cavaliers on Thursday.

The Duke Blue Devils, (26-4 SU, 15-12-2 ATS, 15-14 O/U), are looking to get back to their winning ways after dropping their final regular season game to the North Carolina Tar Heels while getting shut down for the game’s final five minutes.

The Blue Devils have won seven of their last ten games but have failed to cover the spread very often in the BetUS.com Sportsbook, going just 3-6-1 against the spread in their last ten games.

Georgia Tech has been covering the spread very well lately, going 5-1 against the spread in their last six games.

Analysis: I like the Blue Devils to win this game, but I am taking the Yellow jackets to cover the spread with a point or two to spare against a Blue Devils team I feel has been overrated all season long. I also like the ‘Under’ in a big way in this contest.
