Super Bowl Betting: 6:20 p.m. EST in Glendale, Arizona

Number 250/251: This Brandon Jacobs Super Bowl XLII prop asks about the total yards that the Giants running back will gain and if you think it will be over or under 62.5 yards. Considering Jacobs may as well have started in 14 games this season, gaining 116 yards on 249 carries in those games, for an average of 83.3 yards, this one seems pretty likely to go over. At a price tag of –120, it is a safer bet than many you will find in any sportsbook. Although the Pats have been giving up just 80 yards per average in these playoffs, that has been only two games. In the regular season, they allowed almost 98 yards per game, and that was low, as many teams were simply trying to play catch up through the air.

Number 264/265: Here we have a Super Bowl XLII prop on the total yards that will be gained on the ground by New England running back Lawrence Maroney. The books have set this over / under at just 85.5 yards for a back who, in his past five games has really picked up his game as his team has started to rely on a more balance attack. In those past five games in which he has played, Maroney is averaging exactly 120 yards per game. He would have to cut his recent production by over 30% in order to gain less than 85.5 yards. In the biggest game of his career, chances are very slim of that!
