NBA Wagering – Lakers at Spurs

The Los Angeles Lakers, (27-12 SU, 23-15 ATS, 19-19 O/U) absolutely spanked the disappointing Denver Nuggets 116-99 at home on Monday without the services of blossoming young center Andrew Bynum who leads the NBA in field goal percentage (63.6 percent).
However, the Lakers will need all the low post help they can get when they take on Tim Duncan and the San Antonio Spurs, (26-13 SU, 18-20-1 ATS, 16-23 O/U) tonight.
San Antonio should be desperate to pick up their first win over a team with a winning record in more than a month. After dropping consecutive games to the Cleveland Cavaliers and Houston Rockets, the Spurs beat the Charlotte Bobcats on the road 95-86 on Monday to pick up just their fifth win in their last ten contests.
The Spurs are the owners of the league’s third-best defense, limiting their opponents to 91.5 points per game on 45.4 percent shooting while the Lakers boast the league’s third-best offense, averaging 107.8 points per contest on 47.2 percent shooting.
