NBA Wagering Odds – Denver Nuggets at Charlotte Bobcats
By Eric Williams
After having their modest three-game winning streak snapped by the Phoenix Suns one week ago, the Denver Nuggets, (22-13 SU, 18—17 ATS, 17-18 O/U) have played just once, beating the Orlando Magic handily, 113-103 on Friday, the team’s seventh win in its last ten games.
The Charlotte Bobcats, (13-23 SU, 15-21 ATS, 18-18 O/U) on the other hand, have dropped two consecutive games after seemingly turning the corner with back-to-back wins over the New Jersey Nets and Boston Celtics last week.
Charlotte may not be discouraged much though as each of their last two defeats have come in overtime. The Bobcats fell to the Cleveland Cavaliers 113-106 on Friday before losing to the Detroit Pistons in OT, the very next day.
The Bobcats will be facing one of the best offenses in the league in a Denver team that features two of the league’s best scorers in Allen Iverson, (26.9 ppg) and Carmelo Anthony, (25.4 ppg).
Denver and Charlotte split the two meetings last season, with each winning on the road.
The Nuggets announced on Friday that power forward Nene has taken an indefinite leave of absence from the team for personal reasons.
Here is a look at tonight’s Key Trends, followed by my analysis and NBA Betting Free Picks.

The Nuggets are 4-0 ATS in their last four vs. NBA Southeast.
The Nuggets are 6-1 ATS in their last seven after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game.

Key Bobcats Trends
The Bobcats are 4-0 ATS in their last four games overall.
The Bobcats are 4-1 ATS in their last five vs. NBA Northwest.
The Bobcats are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games following a ATS win.
Key Totals Trends
The Under is 4-0 in Nuggets last four after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game.
The Over is 4-0 in Nuggets last four road games.
The Over is 10-1 in Bobcats last eleven games following a ATS win.

Key Head-to-Head Trends
The Nuggets are 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings.
The Favorite is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings.
Analysis: The Bobcats are playing pretty good basketball at the moment – and should be able to stay with Denver’s fast-paced offense just enough to cover the spread here. Take the Bobcats to cover the spread at home and possibly beat the ‘no defense’ Nuggets outright.
