1. Miami Dolphins (1-15 SU, 5-8-3 ATS) Pick: QB Matt Ryan - The Dolphins have already built on its defense with several free agents. Bill Parcells has many holes to fill on offense, beginning under center. Ryan has a great presence and has a very accurate arm.

2. St. Louis Rams (3-13 SU, 5-11-0 ATS) Pick: DE Glenn Dorsey - The Rams need major improvements on its front four, and Dorsey has the talent and ability to make an early impact.

3. Atlanta Falcons (4-12 SU, 8-8-0 ATS) Pick: RB Darren McFadden - McFadden's star qualities adds a spark to any rebuilding offense.

4. Oakland Raiders (4-12 SU, 6-10-0 ATS) Pick: DE Chris Long - Owner Al Davis will have troubles passing up the son of Howie in the likes of Chris Long, who has the genes and would fit nicely.

5. Kansas City Chiefs (4-12 SU, 7-8-1 ATS) Pick: DT Sedrick Ellis - The Chiefs' defensive line is a wreck. Ellis could help fix things immediately with his raw talent.

6. N.Y. Jets (4-12 SU, 6-9-1 ATS) Pick: OT Jake Long - The Jets are looking to improve their line, especially at tackle. Long can certainly help.

7. New England Patriots (From SF 49ers 5-11 SU, 10-6-0 ATS) Pick: CB Leodis McKelvin - The Patriots' defense needs help in the secondary. McKelvin is a good cover man and can add talent to the special teams as well.

8. Baltimore Ravens (5-11 SU, 3-13-0 ATS) Pick: DE Vernon Gholston - The Ravens can use a pass rusher from the ends. Gholston would add a lot to the defense.

9. Cincinnati Bengals (7-9 SU, 7-9-0 ATS) Pick: RB Rashard Mendenhall - Rudi Johnson's health is a big concern. The Bengals could add well-rounded back to create more balance the offense.

10. New Orleans Saints (7-9 SU, 6-10-0 ATS) Pick: LB Keith Rivers - The Saints' defense has been suspect for many years. Rivers would be a great addition and is a big time play maker.
