The Detroit Pistons, (29-12 SU, 25-15-1 ATS, 17-23-1 O/U) are suddenly looking like a lost bunch instead of the veteran laden team they rally are – losing their last two contests and three of four coming into this matchup, to teams that are mediocre at best this season.

After losing to the Sacramento Kings 100-93 on Friday, the Pistons followed that performance up with another dismal showing against the struggling Chicago Bulls on Saturday, getting blown out 97-81 on Saturday – all after getting pounded by the lowly New York Knicks 89-65 on Jan. 13.

The Orlando Magic, (25-17 SU, 27-15 ATS, 20-21-1 O/U) are just 2-3 in their last five games, but come into tonight’s contest coming off a convincing 101-94 victory over the Portland Trailblazers on Saturday.

The Pistons have failed to cover the spread in four of their last five games while the Magic have continued to impress against the spread, going 3-1 ATS in their last four games.

If I was forced to make a selection however, I say the Pistons are going to bounce back with a supreme effort against the Magic tonight while delivering the message that all roads to the NBA Finals in the eastern conference goes through them.
