NBA Betting Action – Pistons Face ATS Wizards In Washington

The Detroit Pistons, (24-7 SU, 21-9-1 ATS, 13-18 O/U) may have managed to reel off nine consecutive wins, (while covering the spread each time), coming into tonight’s matchup against the high-scoring Washington Wizards, (15-14 SU, 18-11 ATS, 14-15 O/U) but they may have a much tougher game than expected against the Wizards, who are a something of a roll themselves recently.
Still, the Pistons have been absolutely overpowering during their run, with their latest victory, a 114-69 annihilation of the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday night, being a perfect illustration of how the team is now winning. The Pistons have outscored opponents by an average of 17.2 points per game during their winning streak.
Richard Hamilton has led the Pistons in scoring in five straight games, shooting a scorching 62.2 percent.
The Wizards have covered the spread in three straight games coming into this contest and seven of their last 10 games overall and boast one of the league’s best ATS records, (18-11).
The Wizards, like the Pistons, also recorded its largest margin of victory in its last game, spanking the listless Miami Heat 96-74 on Saturday.
Washington should also get a boost from the return of veteran point guard Antonio Daniels.
