Terms and Conditions
- All players must be at least 18 years of age in order to play in the Aussie Millions main event. Should a player win a seat to a land-based event and not meet the legal age required to participate in the event, their seat shall be forfeited without compensation. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID).
- Employees and immediate family members of employees of BetUS and its associated companies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.
- BetUS reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without notice where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond their control. BetUS does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
- Players participating in Aussie Millions qualifiers at BetUS Poker agree to the terms and conditions of the BetUS Poker Player Agreement.
- BetUS Poker, as a member of Cake Poker Network, guarantees one 2010 Aussie Millions prize package will be awarded per $13,000 in the prize pool.
- BetUS is responsible for registration of the winning player in the 2010 Aussie Millions main event ($10,500 AUD value) playing January 24-31, 2010 at the Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia.
- Winners will receive $1,500 USD cash deposited to their BetUS Player Account to help with travel expenses. Players are responsible for their own airfare and air travel arrangements.
- A 10-night reservation at the Crown Promenade Hotel in Melbourne, Australia will be made in the winning player's name for (check-in) Friday, January 22 to (check-out) Monday, February 1.
- Prize package hotel and Aussie Million seat(s) awards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash value. The name and person registered on the player's account must participate in the live event.
- A limit of one 2010 Aussie Millions prize package per player will be enforced.
- By participating in a BetUS Poker Aussie Millions qualifying tournament, participants grant BetUS the right to the player's name and likeness for future promotional purposes without further compensation.
- Players who qualify for the Aussie Millions Main Event on BetUS.com agree to wear approved BetUS Poker apparel for the duration of the event when permitted to do so by the tournament rules. Apparel will be supplied by BetUS before the commencement of the tournament.
- Players note that the Aussie Millions, Host Casino and international broadcasters will require them to sign an agreement or waiver to participate in the event that may include permission to film and broadcast. BetUS shall owe no compensation to any player should they not wish to adhere to this third-party agreement.
- BetUS Management decisions are final on all matters related to the Promotion or the awarding of prizes.
