NHL Hockey Betting Tips and Information

The Spread or Puck Line: Just like in football, Hockey has a spread set for every game. But since we’re not dealing in touchdowns and field goals, the line stays the same for every NHL match up. It’s called the “Puck Line” and it's 1.5 goals. When picking a winner, your choice has to win by at least 1.5 goals (which is a two-goal victory) for you to take home the money. Easy.

The Moneyline: Same as every other sport, play against the line to win straight up!

Over/Under: Just pick the total number of goals scored, over or under a predetermined total, and you win. There are two ways to play this:

Total Points: Pick over/under the teams combined goals total and you win.

Team Total points: Have a hunch on your favorite team or a hot goaltender? Bet on the over/under for an individual team.
