Formerly known as the Copper Bowl between 1989 and 1996, the Insight Bowl moves from Chase Field to the 73,752-seat confines of Sun Devil Stadium. Last year’s edition featured the Minnesota Gophers against a team from Texas Tech. In 2005, Arizona Sun Devils quarterback Rudy Carpenter racked up a record-setting 678 yards helping the team defeat Rutgers. Insight Bowl MVP alumni include Drew Bledsoe, Ron Dayne and Mark Bulger.
