1) Unless otherwise specified, all sporting events must take place on the date and at the site scheduled. Time changes within a day do not affect "Action." Any event that is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, and/or relocated before the start of the event will result in all wagers on said event being grades as "No Action" and all funds will be returned to your BetUS account.

2) For betting purposes, the winner of an event or game will be determined on the date of the event's conclusion, according to house wagering rules and regulations. Suspended games, protests, or overturned decisions will not be recognized by BetUS for wagering purposes.

3) All disputes will be settled by BetUS management in a timely manner.

4) All rules, regulations, and payoffs hitherto for are prone to revision by BetUS without prior written notice to the member. Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager. Players acknowledge that the Internet is not a 100% reliable medium and understand that Management will not offer compensation of any nature for any wagers that are not accepted by the transaction servers, no matter what the reason. Management further reserves the right to restrict wagering on any event at any time without any advance notice to player.

5) Games do not have to go full regulation play for wagers to be considered Action. Games are official for wagering purposes according to the following:

• Pro and College Football after 55 minutes of play

• Pro Basketball after 43 minutes of play

• College Basketball after 35 minutes of play

• Hockey after 55 minutes of play

• Baseball Moneylines after 5 innings (4.5 innings if home team is winning)

• Baseball Totals/Runlines after 9 innings (8.5 innings if home team is winning

• If a baseball game goes 9 innings or more and is NOT completed (suspended, rain, darkness, etc.) wagers on the runline and total still have action

• Boxing after the bell has sounded to start first round

• Tennis head-to-head matches will be settled as No Action if either player retires before the match is completed

• Soccer after 40 minutes of the second half have been completed

6) Other Rules

Football/Basketball/Hockey:

• Overtime periods are counted in the final score for Side Bets, Second Half wagers and Totals.

• On First Half wagers, the First Half must be completed entirely, or 1^st half wagers will be graded “No Action.”

• Pro and College Football games are official for wagering purposes after 55 minutes of play.

• Pro Basketball games are official after 43 minutes of play. College Basketball games are official after 35 minutes of play.

• Hockey games are official after 55 minutes of play.

• For Hockey games that require a shoot-out, only one goal will be awarded to the winner when determining the final score regardless of how many goals are scored during the shoot-out round.

• Any loss in a Teaser or Parlay will result in the wager being graded as a loss. No partial payments will be made.

Baseball:

 Baseball money line wagers will be accepted as follows:

Action: Team against team, regardless of starting pitcher.

One specified pitcher: A wager on, or against a specified pitcher regardless of the other starting pitcher.

Both specified pitchers: A wager that specifies both starting pitchers as advertised. Any change constitutes `No Action`.

• Wagers on the Runline or Total Runs require both listed pitchers to throw the first pitch for wagers to have action. If a pitching change occurs prior to both listed pitchers throwing at least one pitch, wagers on the Runline and/or Total Runs will be refunded.

• Baseball games are official for wagering purposes according to the following:

• Moneylines After 5 innings (4.5 if the home team is winning)

• Totals/Runlines After 9 innings (8.5 if the home team is winning)

• If a game is called or suspended, the winner shall be determined by the score after the last full inning (unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called.) Monies will be refunded if the home team ties the game and then it is suspended. Events will not carry over to the following day (unless otherwise specified).

• If a baseball game goes 9 innings or more and is NOT completed (suspended, rain, darkness, etc.) wagers on the runline and total still have action.

• IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the bettor to independently verify the starting pitchers for each game they place a wager on.

Soccer:

• Soccer results are official after 40 minutes of the second half have been completed.

• If any match is abandoned, or postponed more than 24 hours, all bets will be deemed void.

• Money line soccer wagers are a three-outcome event. You can pick either of the two teams to win, or you can pick a draw. If you do NOT pick the draw, and the game ends in a tie, the wager is a loss.

• For wagering purposes, the score at the end of regulation (90 minutes + injury time) will be used. Results from extra time, golden-goals or penalty shoot-outs are not included.

• MLS regular season games do include Overtime (two added five-minute "golden-goal" halves played after regulation) for wagering purposes.

Golf:

• All bets have action, even if a competitor withdraws for any reason (unless the entire tournament is cancelled).

• Should a tournament be shortened, or otherwise affected, the official result will be used when settling, regardless of the number of rounds played.

• For PGA Head-to-Head bets, a winner is determined by the virtue of being the player who completes the most holes. If both players complete the same number of holes, the player with the best score relative to par will be declared the winner. Both players must tee off for bets to have action.

• The "Field" option, in a given list of odds featuring players' names, represents all players not listed.

• Tournament must be completed within 7 days from the start of the tournament for wagers to have action.

Tennis:

• Tennis head-to-head matches will be settled as No Action if either player retires before the match is completed.

• All tournaments operate on a straight knockout basis, with top players being separated by a seeding system.

• Betting is available on which player will win the championship (Tournament Lines), the outcome of a single event (Head-to-Head), and even the number of sets required for a player to win a match (Props).

• The "Field" option, in a given list of odds featuring players' names, represents all other players not listed.

• Head-to-head matches must be played within 48 hours of originally scheduled time for wagers to have action.

Boxing/Mixed Martial Arts:

• A boxing match is considered official after the bell has sounded to start the first round.

• A wager placed on a Boxing round is considered a full round only when the bell sounds to end that round. Upon the stoppage of a fight in mid-round, the exact time of that round will be used for round proposition betting.

• A "Draw" is an official outcome whereby neither of the contestants is deemed to have won the bout, essentially a 'tie'.

• A "No Contest" is an official outcome whereby neither contestant is deemed to have won the bout as a result of the fight being declared "No Action" by the referee.

• All matches must start within 7 days of originally scheduled time for wagers to have action.

• If the status of the fight is changed from a title fight to a non-title fight for any reason, all wagers placed will have Action.

• If the rounds of a fight is reduced, all wagers on totals will have Action.

• If the number of rounds of a fight is reduced, any prop wagers involving number of rounds will be settled as No Action.

Motor Sports:

• All bets have action, even if a competitor withdraws for any reason unless the entire race is cancelled.

• The official winner at the conclusion of the race will be used for wagering purposes.

• For Head-to-Head bets, both drivers must start the race for the bets to have action.

• The "Field" option, in a given list of odds featuring drivers' names, represents all other drivers not listed.

• Bets are on driver only - not on a specific car.

• Important Note: Events will be deemed "Action" as long as they are run within 7 days of the scheduled start time.

• BetUS.com offers live post times on all horse wagers. (Wagers entered after actual post time will be graded No Action)
• BetUS.com accepts wagers on all major thoroughbred race tracks.
• Scratched Horses rules are as follows: Win/Place/Show bets will be refunded. Trifecta/Exacta/Quinella/Superfecta combo's that contain a scratched horse will have the scratched portion refunded. (Please note that these rules may not apply to wager's on entries. See entry rules for details).
• Exotic wagers will only have action if the track offers payouts for that type of wager. BetUS.com maximum payouts apply.
• Entry Rules are as follows: If you wager on a horse that is coupled with one or more horses your wager includes all horses under the said number. If one of your entries is scratched but another horse runs your wager has action. BetUS.com does not accept "must go" wagers. As long as one of the coupled horses runs all entry wagers have action.

 

7) Non-Recreational players (as determined by Management) will have greater rollover requirements placed on their account. These requirements must be met before they are eligible to receive a payout. Any payouts processed before requirements are met will result in possible bonus forfeiture. Furthermore, BetUS.com reserves the right to confiscate any bonuses and/or money won with said bonuses if Management determines a player to be Non-Recreational.

Free Plays, Horse Wagers, Propositions, Casino and Halftime Action do not count toward rollover.
Rollover is calculated by GAME ACTION only.  In addition, Baseball Wagers only count as half action.
