Three Card Poker
Three-card poker is two games in one, the first game is the Ante and Raise and the second is Pair Plus. When playing the Ante Raise portion of the game the object is to receive a higher three-card poker hand than the dealer. The Pair Plus game is simply a wager on whether you will receive a pair or higher when the cards are dealt.
Ante Raise
The player will place an Ante before the cards are dealt, when the cards are dealt, the player will have the option to fold their hand or raise their bet based on their belief they will beat the dealers three card poker hand. If the player chooses to fold, they will lose their ante bet. If the player chooses to raise, they must place a wager equal to the amount of the Ante. The dealer must have a qualifying hand for the raise wager to become active, in order to qualify the dealers hand must contain a Queen or higher. If the dealer fails to qualify the raise, wager is returned to the player and the player will win the Ante bet, which is paid out at 1/1. If the Dealers hand qualifies and if the players three-card poker hand out ranks the dealers, the player will win the Ante at 1/1 and the raise wager which is also paid out at 1/1 unless the player holds 3 of a kind which pays 4/1 or a straight flush which pays 5/1.
