1. I’ve put down more chips than I want to bet, how do I remove the extra chips?

   To remove the extra chips, simply hold the SHIFT key and while using your mouse, click on the chip amount you wish to remove from the table.

2. Why does Double Exposure Black Jack have different rules that regular Black Jack?

   Double Exposure Black Jack has overwhelming advantage for the player, as a result the game designers changed some rules to make it more competitive. You can read the full rules by logging into your account an opening the game.

3. Does bonus play in the casino affect my requested payout?

   As long as you have met the required roll over and any other conditions of the bonus at time of issue, this will not affect your requested payout.

7. How do I register for a casino tournament?

   3. You will see the next available tournament, click on register. You must register at least one day before the tournament is due to start.
   4. Each entry to our (regular) tournament costs just $10 and you can rebuy once you have played your first entry.
   5. On the day of the tournament just log into your BetUS.com account at any time of the day
   6. Go to the Casino Page and click on the Tournaments tab
   7. Click on the Play Now to start playing!
   8. The Players who finish with the most chips will be credited their Tournament prizes directly to their casino account within 24 hours.

8. How soon after the tournament finishes will it take me to receive my winnings?

   Prize money from multi-player tournaments are paid within minutes after the tournament finishes, please note that sometimes you will need to log out and log back in to see your winnings. Daily tournament winnings are credited to your account within 24 hours.

9. Do I need to play all of the hands in the tournament to qualify for a prize?

   Yes, you must play every hand.

10. Can I rebuy into the tournaments?

    Yes, you can rebuy but the chips won’t be accumulated. You must still play the minimum number of hands to qualify for a prize.

11. How many winners are there in your tournaments?

    The top 15 players will receive a prize.
