Basketball Rules

1. Game must take place on the date and in the location scheduled for action.
2. NBA games must go 43 minutes for action any game called before 43 minutes is complete will be graded No Action and wagers will be returned.
3. WNBA and College basketball games must go 35 minutes for action any game called before 35 minutes is complete will be graded No Action and wagers will be returned
4. Overtime counts towards sides, totals, moneylines, 2^nd half wagers.

Basketball Wager Specific Rules

1. 1^st half betting: The first half must be completed for wagers to have action.
2. 2^nd half betting: NBA Games must go 43 minutes, WNBA and College games must go 35 minutes for 2^nd half wagers to have action, Overtime counts towards 2^nd half wagers.
3. Quarter Betting: The Quarter must be completed in full for wager to have action, 4^th quarter excludes overtime.
4. Play-off Series can not be hooked up with games from the same series.

Game Props

1. Props are accepted as single wagers only.
2. Props include overtime unless otherwise specified Highest scoring Quarter and team with highest scoring Quarter exclude overtime.
3. Where props involved statistical totals, game must be deemed official or wagers will have no action regardless of whether the total has been reached.
4. Race to X number of points props have action after the total has been reached.

Player Props

1. Players must play for wagers to have action.
2. Where props involved statistical totals, game must be deemed official or wagers will have no action regardless of whether the total has been reached.

Futures

1. NBA Regulars season win totals and matchups become official have action once the specified team has completed at least 80 regular season games.
2. NBA Tie Break rules apply when determining Divisional winners.
3. Team to win the conference is the team that represents the conference in the NBA Finals.
4. Future wagers will be graded once the designated number of games have been completed.

Added Games

1. Added games are accepted as single wagers only.
2. Maximum win amount is $500.

Live Betting

1. The game must be fully completed for Live game spread/moneyline/total/team total wagers to have action, unless settlement of bets is already determined. Overtime counts.
2. The quarter/half must be completed for Live half/quarter wagers to have action, unless settlement of bets is already determined. Overtime counts for 2nd half wagers but does not count for 4th quarter wagers.
3. BetUS reserves the right to close a Live market at any time.
4. Where BetUS have reason to believe that a bet is placed after the outcome of an event is known, BetUS reserves the right to cancel the bet.
5. For all Live bets placed, the rules before the start will apply except where otherwise implied by a difference in selections, prices or markets offered.
6. Where a blatant error is made in handicap set up ( i.e Spread reads as - instead of + and vice versa ) on any event on which we are Live Betting, BetUS reserve the right to cancel such wagers.
7. When scores are displayed during a game, every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the score and game time, however no liability is accepted for incorrect information displayed.

European/International games

1. Overtime counts unless otherwise specified.
2. Games must go 35 minutes for action.
3. All games must take place on the schedule date for wagers to have action.
4. If a venue change takes place, wager will have action unless the home and away team are reverse.
